Where: where should i get my hair cut? I live in south eastern massachusets, so if you know any hair salons that are good, but not too expencive, please tell me!!

Ok, my hair is a honey color, and really thick. I wouldnt want one that goes shorter than the colar bone. I want a kind of scene/emo hair cut, with maybe a side bang. i dont want to use products in my hair, but i'm ok with straightening it or blowdrying it.
