As for your question, part your hair, then grow it really long on the side you parted it so that you have a ton of hair covering one of your eyes. And you're gonna need to die it black.

Dye it black, and get a few thick streaks of red. Make sure to get bangs that are all in your face, and part your hair way over to the side, so your bangs are kind of at a diagnal.
