um i like emo hair and style and my mom hates it! i printed out a pic of emo hair and she wus like hell no thats all choppy and messy and she wants me to dress girly girl ish plzz help o and help me with my emo style 2!

Well, do what i did.

Rather than suddenly asking your hair to be cut in an emo style. Start off by wearing a bit more black everyday, downloading the music and sort of become it gradually.

Then one day tell your mom that u want a "side fringe"

If you get it cut, then it will grow and it will be able to cover your eye like emo hair does.

well tell her u don't think its emo. tell her that u need freedom, and that this expresses u. if u like emo that means that is how u express urself. a lot of pplz don't relize it but how they dress shows how ther r. she should let u, u just gotta state u case, and u will win

First off, learn how to spell. Honestly, it isn't THAT hard to type out a few extra letters now is it?

Obviously you aren't trying to "express yourself" because you are trying to fit into a specific category which in fact has been overdone to death just as the "scene" style has. Funny thing is, everyone likes to say how "emo" and "scene" is expressing your own style and self, that is not true. Something that requires a certian type of hairstyle, clothes, and piercings certianly isn't original or expressive.

It's as simple as this.

Dye your hair black, choppy layers with blonde. Do it yourself, what can your mom say if it is done and overwith? Get some bangs over an eye while you are at it. Wear lots of black liquid eyeliner, raccoon eyes, but don't mske yourself look like a fool by overdoing it, you might want to put normal eyeliner on first, then put liquid over it because liquid takes a lot of work, and it's messy but easy to clean up. Rainbows aren't emo by the way.

Clothes are simple.

Tight band shirts, skinny jeans, chucks, vans

Checker designs, hoodies,lots of black, studded belts, few necklaces and braclets here and there, snakebites, or lip piercing. Don't forget the messanger bag with pins and buttons all over it.
