which one? thined out, choppy layers or both? heres a pic of my hair when its straitened (with a flat iron) about 8 hours after I straitened it.

The look you're wanting is achieved by a razor-cut. It makes the ends of your hair kind of messy and thinner so you get that piecy look. I'd try getting it cut in the choppy layers, but have them razored in. And by all means, go to a decent salon to get this done, at least one in a mall or something. The barber shop isn't going to know what razoring is.

Make sure your hairstylist has a clear idea of what you want before he/she starts cutting. You can always take more off, but it's hard to put it back on!!! Any good stylist is going to take the time to talk to you about your style.
